Handling Vidyo connection issues

In this time of very high remote activity, the Vidyo service may sometime be overloaded, please find here below some symptoms and proposed solutions:

  • Getting a “Server error” message when trying to connect

  • Connections using the webRTC client are rejected with “The server is at maximum capacity, please try again later” message

  • Please close your Video conference call by hanging up when it’s over. We see more and more session that are left alone. The system doesn’t disconnect you automatically and this consume a scarce resource considering the use we have nowadays.
